According
to the report of Reuters, American technology tycoon Microsoft has failed in litigation

its permission.
The
judge Theodore Essex stated Microsoft has infringed two patents on wireless
cellular technology. In addition, mobile phone of Microsoft will be prohibited importing
into America and Microsoft promised not to act against the public interest.
Before
the prohibitions were republished, the judgment of this judge needed the approval
of all committee of ITC.
Previously

mobile phone department of Nokia rightly was acquired by Microsoft last year. This
patent of InterDigital Communication was connected with minimizing the distraction
of battery-to-cellphone.
In
terms of Microsoft, the verdict of Monday was just one section of the whole
process. The vice president of InterDigital Communication Lawrence acclaimed to
continue negotiations with Microsoft about the patent permission.
The censor of ITC will end by the end of August. Before the outcome was revealed formerly, all rumors are just rumors. Though it is a big event in the field of mobile phone, it means a little bit for common people. Maybe what they care more about is the recondition of iPhone.
