That’s to say, you still need to ride to post office by yourself. Don’t regard it is an easy job. Owing to the complicated trade business, so many email notifications will be accumulated together in one box every week. Generally our stuff will handle them on time. So they may collect email notifications every Friday and go to post office. Actually after arriving at the post office, it is not that easy.

Firstly, our colleague will search for all mail notifications and carries ID cards which contains receivers’ and agents’. So this process is a little boring and a waste of time. You can imagine our colleagues need to prepare files of mail notifications and lots of ID cards to check all parcel post that belongs to our Partsun. Of course, it is essential to sign lots of names in related files.

Moreover, it needs much patience and carefulness to ensure no mistake would be made. In case of a glitch, more trouble will be made after this. For the workers of post office, their job is not easy, either. They have to sort these mail identifications to make a list according to the number. And then they will input data to the computer and archive them. Finally they can go to the warehouse to carry the returning goods out.

So our stuff may stay in the post office for a whole afternoon. After obtaining these parcel posts, we have to tidy them up again and mug shot so as to claim them easily in the future. In the end, we need to pack them again to send to the department of quality-checking.
