Further Analysis of Returning Goods: How It Is Going on in China (1)

Have you experienced returning goods in shopping online? Or have you been engaged in foreign trade? Maybe you know something about returning goods, but there is something you must never have heard about it. Today I will make a further analysis about returning goods.

Take Partsun for an example now. Our Partsun mainly engaged in phone & tablets parts and accessories, including LCD complete, speaker, buzzer, flex cable, battery, etc. We have customers from every corner of the world. During the process of returning goods, we have two ways and both of them will be sent to our department of quality-checking in the end.

For ordinary goods or parcel post which is less than 2 kg, foreign customers can directly send them to mainland of China. And then our stuff of shipping department takes charge of picking up these packages and sends them to department of quality-checking. After this, our professional engineers will do a series of job to check and hint for some problems in the retuning goods.

The other way of goods-returning is to travel into Hong Kong and then transfer to mainland of China. This way fits well for those goods which adopt FEDEX, DHL, TNT, UPS, EMS or goods with the logo. They will be sent to regular address in Hong Kong. In the end they will also be sent to our department of quality-checking.

At present for Partsun, almost all returning goods which is directly sent to mainland of China comes from retailers and petty trade, which suits the demand of send to mainland of China. Because of the frequent shipping and large workload, our sale representative will easily be forgettable to take note of plenty of tracking number. So the process of picking up parcel post becomes quite difficult. In another word, our stuff will spend so much time to check in the thick and mess express bill and sort them out.

That’s all today. Next time we will continue to state the details of receiving returning goods. Have a great day!
