Without much fanfare, Sony
finally showed us what it's been working on in the past few months - its newest
flagship, the Xperia Z4. Yesterday Xperia Z4 is issued officially in Japanese.
The successor to the Xperia Z3 is already here and while they are almost
similar in terms of exterior and hardware specs, the internals of the new
flagship have received a noteworthy bump - the Xperia Z4 comes with a
Snapdragon 810 chipset and more native storage right out of the box. The rest
of the specs are similar to the ones of the Xperia Z3.
In the appearance, Xperia Z4 continues
Omni Balance designing of Xperia Z. the thickness of phone is 6.9 mm and weighs
144g. Xperia Z4 adopts the exposed USB interface but still owns dustproof and
waterproof performance.
Xperia Z4 is equipped with a
high resolution 5.2 in. screen (1080p). And it has a 32 GB memory card, battery
capacity is 2930 mAh. As for back camera, Xperia Z4 adopts Exmor camera with
207 megapixels, front camera is 25mm wide angle lens. Android 5.0 Lolipop systems
are still continued. Besides, there are four color which can be chosen from,
including white, golden, blue, black. The international version will be
launched this summer. I believe fans of Sony series will be excited in several
months.
It's worth mentioning that the new Sony flagship is
0.4mm thinner than the Xperia Z3. At 6.9mm, the Xperia Z4 is in the league of
the thinnest flagships on the market - the iPhone 6 and the Galaxy S6.
Unfortunately, the slimming-down of the phone has affected the battery capacity
in a negative way.
Then again, Sony is known for optimizing its devices extremely good, hence we bet that the Xperia Z4 will be a pretty respectable battery enduring champion.
