The Loophole Appeared In The Apple’s  Unconditional Refund Policy

At the end of last year, Apple has pushed the 14 days unconditional refund policy in European area, this policy permitted all members of European Union who used Apple’s products could cancel the orders that made via iTunes, App Store and iBooks unconditionally in 14 days. However, developer found that there was loophole existence in this policy.
According to the report from the foreign press, though Apple has lengthened the deadline of the refund in deed for people who has brought the apps but still wanted to get the refund, and increased the deadline to 14 days now, but the result of refund has aroused many problems and disputes.
More specifically, if users passed one game within a week, he could apply the refund unconditionally. What is more? It has been tested that while the refund has been finished, users still can operate this app in the device without restrictions, unless the app has been moved up from the purchased list, this means, users could gain the permanent use of this app via this method.

Though just tested on the apps, this method should also adapt to the purchase of music and books. The new refund policy is the recent creation of the European Union legal byproduct, so it seems that Apple could not modify anything now, but to the developers and the music artists, it is not a good news.
