Several
weeks ago some rumor online revealed a grand plan—Samsung may launch a brand
new collapsible smart phone in January 1st. Moreover, Samsung has applied for a
patent for this new mobile phone. In terms of this, the authenticity of the
plan is large, isn’t it?
From
the present patent pictures revealed online, we can find Samsung had invented a
brand new Samsung Hinge System. Seen from conception map, two display screens are
connected by mesh material. After two screens are unfolded, it becomes a flexible
screen.
It
is reported this project of Samsung was called “Project Valley”. What’s more, Samsung
also did some special designing for the Samsung hinge system, which can not
only ensure the new phone be open and shut down conveniently at random but also
hold up the whole body of the collapsible phone.
Some
professionals broke the news that recently the new collapsible phone was on
testing. And Samsung prepared two versions. One may be equipped with Snapdragon
620, another adopts Snapdragon 820. Besides, the running memory of it will
upgrade to 3 GB. Battery will be non-removable. Memory stick is prepared, too.
In
the view of consumers, the collapsible designing will largely bring much
convenience because users couldn’t worry about how to put it into pocket. After
all, collapsible designing saves a lot of space.
