Most Common Cell Phone Problems and Solutions

Space age has changed a lot of how we used to live earlier and so we are getting used to all the changing occurring around us. Earlier as we were using normal keypad phones but now in a mere short span of time we gradually get accustomed highly sophisticated smartphones. But problems appeared along with these new smart phones. These problems are the most common for all brands of cell phones and tablets be it Samsung, iPhone, Nokia, HTC, LG, Sony, etc.

Listed below are some cell phone problems which are very common and by maintaining caution can help you to overcome them.

1.Cracked Display Screen: Most screens of your smartphone are made up of glass. The reason for this is that glass provides a much better clarity than fiber or plastic. And as we all see, the screens are very much bigger in size then the earlier keypad handsets. An accidental drop from even a not so high place can crack the screen of your handset, replacement of which can prove expensive and more over time consuming. To avoid this you should keep your device in a protective cover or a padded pouch which can easily absorb the impact of the drop.

2. Charging Port: Frequent charging of your handset spoils the port as well as the charger’s wire which may render the charger non usable. It is best that when you keep your phone for charging, charge it fully till the full charge message is displayed and recharge it only when the battery indicator indicates 5 to 10 % charge balance.  Modern batteries have a long standby time and thus do not need frequent recharging. Even if your indicator shows as 5 to 10 % charge balance you still have 6 to 8 hours left when you need to recharge it again.

3. Freezing Frequently: This has become a very common fault recently due to various reasons. The reasons are less free storage, excessive use of apps or sometimes low specs and configuration for frequent hanging.

4. Slow processing: This is most of the times due to the same reason as freezing. Less free space in internal memory or excessive use of apps or sometimes also due to virus infection. It is recommended to use apps like clean master in android handsets for optimal performance.

Note:  If the fault is related to hardware, you merely have to clean or replace the parts, while if the fault is related to software, you will have to hard reset or flash your device. This is a very good guide for do-it-yourself (DIY) type of people to fix their faulty devices.
