Some Tips about the Customs Invoice

As we all know, international delivery is an important section of foreign trade. So when it comes to delivery, it is of great importance in the process of filling in the customs declaration form. Today I will make a summary about the customs invoice.

1.      Names of goods are supposed to be noted clearly at full length. And some sensitive products should be attached more importance and regarded discreetly. For example, speaker can be replaced by earphone. So related people can understand better at one glance. Similarly we can write “mobile phone touch” or “screen touch” rather than single “touch” on customs invoice. That is to say, we should write down effective information accurately and precisely as much as possible.

2.      Individual good can not declare more than one name. Generally two goods name can be connected with a “+”.

3.      Declared value: 0 value goods can’t appear in the declaration.

4.      Some channels for goods with battery can’t declare the name of battery. Pure channels for battery can use the name of battery in the process of customs declaration.

5.      If you select FED, HS CODE should be attached into the customs invoice. And material and usage should also be remarked clearly. EORI number should also be written carefully.

6.      In the aspect of DHL, some European countries can’t be less than 27 dollars.

So that’s all. Next time we will continue to introduce some valuable information about international delivery. If you have some questions, please leave a message in the following.
